After the Hail storm in February, 18th, 2009 with "base-ball" size hail!!! Truely a first for me to see this...AND in February no less? And, then the snow storm of March melted into April cherry tree blossoms. My "fave"! I (heart) cherry tree blossoms! They were so beautiful this year (I say that every year), but truely, all that rain we got AND the "white fertilizer" in March made an explosion of blooms in April. I decided to take Mattie, my Maine Coon Cat (McCat) outside for a photo op! Wouldn't the gray fur look fabulous against all those pink flowers??

Some pictures of our March snow. Pretty impressive by Georgia's standards. Just a crisp, refressing dusting of snow to this New England gal. Took this photos from my upstairs window using my new Nikon camera. Tried to capture the cardnial against the snowy caps of the pine trees!
